陈少沛，生于广东揭阳，理学博士，讲师；2005年中法博士联合培养项目法国政府奖学金获得者；现负责广东商学院资源与环境学院普通测量学、地籍测量学与CAD设计等课程的本科教学工作。

Shaopei CHEN is currently a Lecturer of the school of Resource and Environment of Guangdong University of Business Studies. I got a Ph.D. degree for the Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Scencies (GIGCAS) on Jan. 2010. My Ph.D. study was also financed by the French Government Scholarship through the Embassy of France in Beijing from 2005 to 2008. Also, in 2010 I is expected to get a Ph.D. degree from the Naval Academy Research Institute (IRENav) and Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM) in France. The subject of the study is An Integrated GIS for Intelligent Transportation System. The thesis is oriented to the research of a multi-modal and multi-scale transportation GIS for favoring transportation planning, and management and inforamtion services, thereby supporting sustainable urban transportaiton development.
